At FEMMEmag.co.uk, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns and refunds in the case of damage. Please read the policy below carefully.  

 1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds  

We will only accept a return or issue a refund under the following conditions:  

- The item was damaged during shipping or arrived in a defective condition.  

- You must notify us of any damage within [14] days of receiving your order.  

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:  

- Change of mind or personal preference.  

- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.  

- Products that have been used or altered.  

 2. How to Request a Return or Refund  

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:  

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@femmemag.co.uk within [14] days of receiving your order.  

2. Provide your order number and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.  

3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.  

 3. Return Process  

- If your return is approved, you will be provided with a return address and instructions.  

- The item must be returned in its original packaging.  

- Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage, we will process your refund or send a replacement.  

 4. Refunds  

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [30] business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.  

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.  

 5. Exchanges  

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a damaged product, you can request a refund and place a new order if desired.
